Patch Side is committed to providing a website experience that is accessible to all visitors, including people with disabilities. We continuously work to improve accessibility as we build new pages, add services, and update content.

What accessibility means here

A more accessible website helps visitors use the site with a similar level of ease, whether they navigate by keyboard, use a screen reader, use voice commands, or rely on other assistive tools and settings.

What we are doing

We aim to follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA where practical. Our work includes:

  • Clear page structure with consistent headings

  • Keyboard-friendly navigation for key flows

  • Alternative text for meaningful images

  • Forms designed to be understandable and usable

  • Color contrast checks for readability

  • Reducing unnecessary motion where it could cause discomfort

  • Ongoing testing and fixes as issues are found

Service accessibility (on-site and remote)

Patch Side provides both in-home/on-site service and remote support. If you need an accommodation to schedule or receive service, contact us and we will work with you.

Examples of accommodations we can often provide include:

  • Alternative ways to communicate (phone, text, email)

  • Extra time during appointments for step-by-step support

  • Written instructions after the visit

  • Remote sessions with clear narration and confirmation steps

  • Appointment coordination for entry, parking, or building access when needed

Third-party tools

Some parts of the experience may rely on third-party services (for example scheduling, payment processing, maps, chat, or embedded media). While we do not control those platforms, we aim to choose reputable providers and we will offer help or an alternative when possible.

If something on the site is hard to use, tell us. Include the page link and what you were trying to do. We will respond and work toward a fix.
