Cancellation Policy

Self-serve cancel/reschedule: • Manage your booking online up to 24 hours before start time. Refunds: • More than 48 hours before start time = 100% • 48–24 hours before start time = 75% • Less than 24 hours before start time or no-show = 50% (based on session price) No-show / not accessible: • If we cannot start due to no access, no response, unsafe conditions, or incorrect address details, it is treated as a no-show. Payment & billing: • Full payment is required online. • Refunds go back to the original payment method. • If not received within 3–5 business days, email patchsidetech+billing@gmail.com (billing only, not scheduling).
