Self-serve cancel/reschedule: • Manage your booking online up to 24 hours before start time. Refunds: • More than 48 hours before start time = 100% • 48–24 hours before start time = 75% • Less than 24 hours before start time or no-show = 50% (based on session price) No-show / not accessible: • If we cannot start due to no access, no response, unsafe conditions, or incorrect address details, it is treated as a no-show. Professional TV mounting in Atlanta by Patch Side — a personal home tech help service, not the gaming website patchside.com. I'll help you choose the right mount, find safe anchor points, and get your TV secure, level, and connected in one visit. Device hookup is included so streaming, gaming, or cable is working before I leave. What's included: Mount placement guidance and wall assessment, stud finding and anchor point selection, level wall installation for any mount type (fixed, tilting, full-motion), HDMI and input hookup for your main devices, cable tuck and basic dressing behind the TV, and a test of everything before I go. Standard mounts and small parts can be brought at cost with your approval. What it's good for: New TV purchases, apartment and condo moves, upgrading from a floor stand or existing wall mount, fireplace installs, and any situation where the TV is on the wall but nothing connects the way it should. Most visits are completed in under two hours. If the wall has complications — brick, concrete, metal studs — I'll tell you before we start. Pre-existing wall damage or structural repairs are out of scope. — Can you do a full-motion mount? Yes — fixed, tilting, and full-motion articulating mounts are all supported. — Can I add cable management? Yes — wire concealment is available as an add-on or as a separate Wire Management booking. — Do I need to be home the whole time?
